How can I refund an order paid with Cleever from my WooCommerce back-office?

You can emit total or partial refunds for orders paid with Cleever directly from your WooCommerce back-office.

1. Connect to your WordPress back-office
2. Once logged in, go to the Order page, by clicking on WooCommerce>Orders in the left menu
   
3. Select the order you want to refund
   
4. Scroll down until you see the "Refund" button, and click on it
   
5. Enter either the quantity to be refunded or directly the amount. Check if the item needs to be restocked or not.
   
6. Click on "Refund £xx via Cleever"
